San Andres is quite a small island but there are loads of accommodation options available. The best regions are downtown (El Centro), San Luis, or one of the many resorts along the east and west coasts.

Below are my top three recommendations for all budgets. However, make sure you read on for more picks and the latest deals.

  • Big V Raizal - an awesome homestay-style hostel run by an incredibly friendly native Raizal family. I stayed here and couldn't recommend this one enough! Great prices, fun people, amazing breakfast, and all-around chill vibes.
  • In Di House of Reggae Boutique- Reggae-styled hotel with a large outdoor pool and seating area. An on-site restaurant and colorful rooms with sea views. 1km from Parceras Beach.
  • Villa San Miguel - awesome apartments conveniently located in central near the airport and just a 2-minute walk from Spratt Bight Beach.

1. In Di House of Reggae Boutique

Situated on the northwest coast of San Andrés Island, In Di House of Reggae Boutique is one of the best hotels to stay at on the island.

As the name suggests, the entire hotel is decked out with Reggae decor, one of the many reasons it's a unique property.

The accommodation has free Wi-Fi, a garden, a terrace, and an onsite restaurant. Each room has air conditioning and a private bathroom, and some units feature sea views.

Guests can enjoy an American breakfast each morning and spend their days by the outdoor pool or near one of the many beautiful beaches. The property is located 1.1km from Parceras Beach, 2.5km from Spratt Bight Beach, and 3.2 km from North End.

2. Aquamare Hotel

If you're looking for where to stay on San Andrés Island which is right by the beach, Aquamare Hotel is your best option.
