Sailing

Sailing blogs aren’t really a common occurrence on travel and adventure blogs. I guess many backpackers aren’t long distance sailors. I hope to encourage young people, backpackers and travel adventure enthusiasts to consider sailing trips to explore the greatest frontier on earth!

Why Do You Write Sailing Blogs?

I admit, it might look a little strange to write travel and adventure blogs on sailing. However, during my childhood years growing up in Australia, my family built a 50 FT steel sailing yacht in our backyard. I guess you could say I was raised with a passion for the sea.

What kind of sailing blogs can I expect?

My sailing adventures are usually on Malaika. However, I am planning on saving some money to buy my own steel sailing boat to one day sail around the world. I think this would make for some pretty interesting and inspiring content too.

Check out some of the blogs below to get an insight into my sailing experiences so far.
