Booking Through Us: When you book one of the tours listed on our tour page through We Seek Travel or via our payment links, you are subject to both our refund policy and the terms provided by the local tour providers. We carefully select our partners to ensure high standards of service.
Deposits and Payments:
- Deposits: All deposits made to We Seek Travel for booking tours are non-refundable. This is due to the costs involved with planning and booking logistics. We will issue a full refund in the unlikely event that any tour, trip, or experience is canceled due to circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather conditions or other unforeseeable events.
- Full Payments: While deposits are non-refundable, full payments might be subject to refunds under specific conditions outlined below.
Refund Conditions: Refunds for full payments are available under the following conditions:
- Cancellation by Local Tour Provider: If the local tour provider cancels the tour for any reason, including but not limited to operational issues, safety concerns, or insufficient participants, you will be eligible for a refund.
- Severe Weather Conditions: Tours cancelled due to severe weather conditions that prevent the tour from operating safely will also qualify for a refund.
- Health and Safety Issues: If there are significant health or safety issues that impact the ability to conduct the tour safely, such as public health emergencies or new travel advisories, refunds may be issued.
Refund Processing:
- If a refund is approved based on the conditions above, We Seek Travel will process the refund on behalf of the local tour provider. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment used at the time of booking.
